I am a patient at Specialty Infusion Center in Gaylord Michigan. I am so impressed with my experience there. I was very frustrated in learning that my insurance would only cover certain places for me to get my infusions and I wasn’t sure where to turn for help. When I found Specialty Infusion Center and their Patient Services Coordinator Michelle called me, it was a dream come true. She had already gotten the referral and started the process in getting my infusions set up. It ran smooth for me as well as my doctor. Then I met Jodie who is the main nurse that treated me at the center. She made me feel so welcome and I knew I was her main priority at that time. The care you receive at this infusion center is unbelievable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and overall relaxing. I like being number one! Plus the center is in a really easy to get to location regardless of which way I am coming into town. I hope more doctors and patients learn about this place.
